Physician Liaison
Our Physician Liaison acts as liaison between Holistic Homecare Services LLC and the community regarding community/customer health care needs. They collaborate with physician offices, including hospital medical affairs, referral and provider resources to increase utilization of in home and out patient services and decrease the utilization of Emergency room Services. They also gather feedback and execute communication and strategies suggested by providers. Most importantly, our Physical Liaison staff establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls.
Holistic Homecare Services LLC Physician Liaison officer promotes our home health programs and services optimizing referral flow to the agency while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality home health regulations.
